Introduction

An UpBiz(online system to manage business) It will help you run multiple businesses at one platform. you can now easily handle orders for products and services, Upbiz enables automatic renewal of services. You can create the order with a pos system of it.

What is UpBiz?

The UpBiz system will make it possible to keep track of orders ,products and services through Website. an easy approach to turning your traditional way of doing business into a digital platform.

An UpBiz for you. The objective is to make a businessman's work less tiring and allow him to focus more on growing his business, less on paper and pen.

In this system, vendor can add and manage stock of products, can create multiple orders of products at one click , UpBiz is multilingual, making it easier to work around the world on business.

Installation

  1. Login into your cPanel.
  2. Go to database in your cPanel
  3. Enter database name and Create a new database.
  4. Create Database user.
  5. Assign Database to the user.
  6. Open File manager now.
  7. Go to public_html or public_html/yourDomain.in folder in the file manager, whichever folder your domain points to.
  8. Upload the downloaded zip in public_html or public_html/yourDomain.in folder.
  9. unzip or extract the Code vX.X - upload this on server.zip file that you have just uploaded.
  10. verify that all these files are in public_html or public_html/yourDomain.in folder.
  11. visit http://yourDomain.in/install

After following the above steps you have successfully created a Database, User for the Database, and uploaded Ready to Install files. Kindly gather that database information and fill in the form as suggested.

  1. Database Hostname : Enter the hostname.
  2. Database Username : Enter the username that have access to the database.
  3. Database Password : Enter the password.
  4. Database Name : Enter the name of database.
  5. Admin Mobile : Enter the mobile number (The mobile number will be used further for user authentication)
  6. Admin Password : Enter the password number(The password will be used further for user authentication)

Now click Install. Thats it! You are ready to run your App : http://yourDomain.in/

Note

In order to VPS and NGINX Based System, you have to setup the code using commands and .htaccess file based on your server.

Configure UpBiz

Note

In order to Configure UpBiz you must have Admin Account.

Use the given guide to configure UpBiz.

Login as admin by

  1. Login the system with default credentials

    Mobile : 9876543210

    Password : 12345678

  2. Great! You have logged in as Admin.
  3. Open Settings menu.

General

  1. General Settings
    • App Name : Enter your System name.
    • Number : Enter your System Support Number for any query.
    • Email : Enter your Support Email.On this email you will receive all the notifications.
    • System Currency : Set your System Currency.
    • System Timezone : Set your System Timezone according to your country.
    • Logo : Set your System Logo.
    • Favicon : Set your System Favicon.
    • Short Description : Add short description about your business.
    • Address : Add your business Location.
    • copyright : Add copyright details of your business.
    • support hours : Add business support hours.
  2. Payment Gateway Settings

Create Packages

Here you can create packages for vendors to buy.

Add Subscription

In case vendor fails to buy/make Subscription admin can also add subscription of registered vendor.

Add Units

Create Units of products or services you want in your system.

Add Categories

Add Categories you want for yoour system.

Add Tax

Here you can add Tax to be included in products

Create Vendor

In case of vendor can't register themselves , admin can register in the system.

Email Settings

Configure Email settings. Just go to Settings -> Email(SMTP) settings.

You can check your SMTP Email settings at this URL

  1. Type the host name.
  2. Type SMTP user name.
  3. Type SMTP Password.
  4. Enter SMTP Port no.
  5. Select SMTP Encryption Type
  6. Select Mail type (HTML,TEXT)

About us

Configure About us settings. Just go to System -> About us.

  1. Enter all About us under About us section.

Privacy Policy

Configure Privacy Policy Just go to Settings -> Privacy Policy.

  1. Enter all Privacy Policy details accordingly.

Terms & Conditions

Configure Terms & Conditions. Just go to Settings -> Terms & Conditions.

  1. Enter all P Terms & Conditions under Terms & Conditions section accordingly.

Languages

Configure Language. Just go to Settings -> Languages.

Payment Gateway Settings.

Verity of options available for paymemts, just follow the below steps to configure the payment gateways for UpBiz.

Stripe

  1. Go to https://dashboard.stripe.com/login and sign in with your Stripe account
  2. Paste all Stripe Credentials here. (system -> Payment Methods)

Razorpay

  1. Go to https://dashboard.razorpay.com/ and sign in with your Razorpay account
  2. Paste all Razorpay Credentials here. (system -> Payment Methods)

Flutterwave

  1. Go to https://flutterwave.com/us/ and sign in with your Flutterwave account
  2. Paste all Flutterwave Credentials here. (system -> Payment Methods)

Common issues (Server Specific)

Change Admin Panel Theme?

  1. Open following by this location: admin\settings\general
  2. Here you need to replace this hash code only according to your requirements.

404 Code Found?

  1. Your .htaccess file is missing at your server.
  2. To resolve that open zip file which you have downloaded from codecanyon.
  3. Unzip this file Code vX.X - upload this to server
  4. Open that folder and you will get .htaccess file
  5. Upload that file on main folder.

Not installing?

  1. Set all the fields do not set blank in any field.
  2. Use this same mobile, password and email for the installation. You can change password from profile section.
  3. And if you want to change mobile then you need to run the query on your MySQL(PhpMyAdmin).
  4. Steps to run this query:
    1. Open PhpMyAdmin on your server. select your databse and table.
    2. Open Users table.
    3. Click on SQL tab
    4. Copy this following query and paste in that sql tab page UPDATE `users` SET `mobile` = 'YOUR_MOBILE_NUMBER' WHERE `users`.`id` = 1;
    5. And Click on GO Button to run that query. See the image below:

SMTP Email notification not working?

  1. You have to setup the email settings on panel.You can see below image.

Dashboard

  1. Dashboard of the app to view app insights.

Customers

Register Customer of upbiz here easily .

  1. It will allow vendors to add number of customers allowed in package they bought.
  2. Deactive customer if no longer exist from here.

Delivery Boys

  1. Vendor can create delivery boy here.
  2. Check businesses in which you want to give access to delivery boy.
  3. Delivery boy can register customers ,create orders and make transactions of orders if permitte by Vendor.

Orders

  1. Here vendor can see the list of orders of selected business.
  2. Filter list by order type (ex.product order ,service order) , or Payment Status

Create Order of Products

  1. Add products in cart.
  2. Select Customer.
  3. Add Discount (if any).
  4. Add Delivery charges.

Create Order of Services

  1. Add service in cart.
  2. Here you can see renewable service order will add starting date and end date of service from recurring days of service .
  3. Select Customer.
  4. Add Discount (if any).
  5. Add Delivery charges.

Select Payment

  1. Select Payment of order whether it is fully paid, partially paid(paid in installment) or unpaid
  2. Select Payment method
  3. Enter transaction ID

Create Status for Order

  1. Create status form here
  2. Choose operation of status
  3. Select Status for Order

Order Details

  1. You can Update orders from here.
    1. Vendor can see order details here as shown update order status.
    2. Bulk update / Individual order Update
      • vendor can change individual order status whther its shipped ,delviered ,cancelled from here
      • Upbiz provides Bulk order status update in case of orders count is larger.

Order Payment list if partially paid

    1. Here vendor can see order paymemt details how ,when order has been paid and also check if payment is incomplete .

Create order Payment

  1. You can create order payment from here.

Service Subscription

  1. See all customers subscription here.
  2. See all renewable Services here.
  1. List of all customers of subsctibed services which are renewable.
  1. Delete subscription of customer from here.

Products

  1. See all the Products in this section.
  2. Also you can see the variants of products here if any
  3. Vendor can edit or add the Products here.

Services

  1. See all Services under Services Sections.
  1. Vendor can add / edit services here.

Units Vendor

  1. See all Units under Units Sections.
  2. Here Vendor can add/edit Units created by them .

Categories Vendor

  1. See all Categories under Categories Sections.
  2. Here Vendor can add/edit Categories created by them.

Transactions

  1. See all Customers wallet Transaction under Transaction Sections.
  2. Vendor can see all customers list of selected business.
  3. Here you can create Customers wallet transactions.

Businesses

  1. Add business under business Section.
  2. Vendor can only add number of businesses allowed in purchased package

  2. Edit business details from here

Auto Update

How to auto update your admin panel or web version to latest version?

Note

If you are upgrading your from very old version then please update the system in sequence one after the another. Don't skip any version in between.

  1. Find update from vX.X to vX.X.X.zip file from downloded PHP source code.You will findfile on this location: UpBiz/UpBiz - PHP - v1.0/Updates/your_required_version_update_file.zip
  2. Visit https://Your_Domain/admin/updater
  3. You will see simple instructions, current version to latest version information and "Update The System" button.
  4. Upload update.zip file.
  5. Click on that Update Button.
  6. That's all. You have successfully updated your system from older version to newer one.
